The rooms are single occupancy.
We are looking for long term tenants Only
Minimum stay is Three months.
2 weeks security bond needed and 2 weeks tariff in advance
You have to give 2 weeks notice.
There are no backpackers.
Most of the people who stay here work.
There is a shared kitchen with 1 fridge,1 convection oven & microwave
2 separate showers and 2 toilets.
Free laundry and ironing facilities.
A professional cleaner regularly comes in.
Strictly no smoking indoors.
Regarding internet – tenants are to set up with wireless.
Tenants to complete tenancy application form and sign a tenancy agreement form
Tenants must be able to provide references
ie. Previous rental history and work.
References to be checked out.
