For urgent repairs, contact the Agency immediately on 9337 2700 or 0402 080 118 during business hours. Examples of urgent repairs are: burst water pipes, blocked or broken toilet, serious roof leak, gas leak, dangerous electrical fault, flooding of serious storm or fire damage. At the end of the tenancy, after the final inspection, a Claim for Refund of Bond Money form must be submitted to the Office of Fair Trading before the bond money can be refunded.
